Soak in the vibrant energy of summer with Just Add Yoga and Yoga Sanctuary as we partner up for a Summer Yoga Series, we are taking yoga beyond the studio and into the welcoming, community centered space at Urban Family Brewing Co. in Ballard. These all-levels classes are designed for every body, whether you’re completely new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find an approachable, supportive environment to move, breathe, and connect.
Come as you are, bring a mat, and settle in for a refreshing start to your day.
Bonus: After class, stick around and treat yourself, enjoy the on-site coffee bar, sip a well-earned pint, or grab something delicious from the 9th and Hennepin Food Truck. It’s yoga, community, and a little indulgence, all in one perfect summer morning.
