Vernal Bloom
A blend of golden sour ale aged in red wine barrels from our cellar, blended atop 1,000lbs of whole nectarines from our friends at Collins Family Orchards. This quite tart blend leads with stone fruit, and melds harmoniously with subtle notes from our mixed culture fermentation.

Silent Grove
One of our favorite hybrid fruits, Nectarcots are a juicy blend between nectarines and apricots. We finished our 1 year oak-aged golden sour on 2lbs/gal of hand processed Nectarcots to create Silent Grove. We then allowed this beer to bottle condition for an additional year to develop further complexity.

Moon Path
A blend of wine barrel aged saisona and golden sours, married together in our foudre with a portion of fresh saison. The blend was then re-fermented with blackberries and black currants. The resulting beer is fruit forward, dry and quite drinkable. Moon Path balances the complex flavors from the dark fruits with restrained acidity, and oak character.
